The First Trip is designed to show off the technical capabilities of the Otherside platform. Voyagers got to simultaneously interact with 4,500+ other voyagers in an immersive play area created just for this demo. Voyagers were able to experience realistic, real-time voice chat and spatial audio and got the first look into 3D, hi-res Voyager prototypes. Once the First Trip concluded, the Otherside litepaper was released serving as a starter guide for the community. | |||
Unfortunately, some voyagers were left out of the First Trip as it was only accessible from certain regions. Voyagers that couldn't participate in the trip could join a tokengated livestream for a unique viewing experience. | |||
