The conventional lead time for personalized published mugs under 5,000 devices is 7 - 10 work days from authorization and prepayment (omits shipping time). The minimum order amounts for custom-printed mugs on most things are 100 units. We offer full wrap printing on paper mug orders.

For custom-printed orders, changes and terminations can be asked for prior to evidence approval. Sleeves, coasters, napkins are digitally printed and can be published in multiple shades without added fees. Any cancellation on a custom published order before authorization will go through a 3% cancellation charge or a minimum of $25, along with any proofs that have currently been produced.
